Application Details
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a FULL Member of OCNI in good standing
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience
- Available for ALL board meetings
- No conflicts of interest with OCNI operations
Board Responsibilities
- Attend and participate in all scheduled board meetings
- Contribute to strategic planning and governance
- Serve on at least one committee
- Term length: 3 years with option to stand for re-election
Important Dates
- August 31 – September 21: Candidate Registration
- September 28 – October 11: Campaign Period
- October 12–30: Member Voting Period
- November 23–27: Committee Chair informs all candidates of election outcomes and next steps
- December 9: Elected candidates presented to the membership for ratification at the OCNI AGM

- Letter of intent (included in application form)
- Professional headshot

- Await notification from the Governance Committee
